This includes the Wellington High School Key Club, McCormick Middle School Builders Club for students in grades six through eight, and Westwood Elementary/McCormick Middle K-Kids which includes first through fifth graders. We have over 100 students in these clubs, performing service work in the community and school.

Featured sponsors for Wellington Kiwanis Club’s sixth annual Parade of Flags for Flag Day include Small Town Eye Care at Mercy Health; Valley Chevy at Union School Park, and Councilman Keith and Jennifer Rowland at the Town Hall. Season long sponsors are American Legion Post 8 at the Vietnam Memorial on the south lawn of the Town Hall, VFW Post 6941 at the N. Main St. grade separation, and the Wellington Masonic Lodge at Pioneer Cemetery. All told, we have 302 flags waving for Flag Day throughout the village.
